1. Fusion stitching method:
Fusion welding understands that an electric arc furnace used in welding in which two or more optical fibers are permanently joined together.
First, by stripping the fiber coating, jacket, and tubing, it is ensured that the bare fiber is only shown. You want to fill any gel that cleans all the fibers. A clean environment must have a good connection.
The fiber is then cut. A good kitchen knife must be successful. When you glue the fibers together, you can align the fibers manually or automatically, depending on the type of machine. Once proper alignment is achieved, the arc is bonded together with the molten fibers to form a permanent weld of the two fiber ends.
