Basic Suitability Of DOME Fiber Closure

Fiber optic closure is a passive component which can provide a great protection for fiber splicing point. Aerially assembling, pipeline assembling and buried underground are all available. The DOME Fiber Closure is also called Vertical closure. The input and output ports are at the bottom of the closure. Dome fiber Closure is more suitable for the application on accessing layer. All the closures are with a great sealing performance. High quality ABS material also ensures the durability whether the closure is in air, in pipeline or buried underground. The Dome fiber Closures are specially designed to provide reliable and long-lasting protection for optical fibers and splices, combined with maximum ease of installation and maintenance.  A  full  range  of  closures  are  available,  optimized  for all  network  architectures. Specific versions are available, dependent upon the number of fibers/ cables, cable diameter and the type of optical cable – single or ribbon fiber. Splice cassettes are ordered separately to optimize flexibility and efficiency. The external factory base for splicing and terminating cables. The split base design of the base allows the SC Duplex adaptor to conduct circular cutting of fiber-optic cables to carry out mid-span access and terminate as many as 48 splice cables. The splitter used in Dome fiber Closure is designed with double cones and is installed in the lower connector tray. The base consists of a 24 fiber-optic connector tray and all the hardware required to fix the three cables. This design also applies to cross - connection applications, saving the cost of stand-alone cabinets.
